I don&#039;t read videogame reviews unless they&#039;re by my friends. I certainly don&#039;t check big sites like Eurogamer, ever. But sometimes, when I&#039;m particularly happy or unhappy about spending some amount of money on a game, I&#039;ll check Metacritic. There&#039;ll always be one score that totally nails how I feel, quantitatively, and it&#039;s always from Simon Parkin.

As far as bloggers go, I love most all of you. I feel that Gatmog/Andrew hardly ever gets any link love, because he writes fairly exhaustively about games that aren&#039;t currently being heavily hyped by everyone else. Plus he&#039;s sort of a mean bastard. So he gets the award for being both &quot;unsung&quot; and great at writing.

And the Gallaway thing? Well, I hate him.]]></description>
